About Our Courses

IFREC now offers online courses to help you fulfill your appraisal continuing education requirements. Our online courses can be taken at your own pace and on your own time.

All of our courses have been certified by the International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC), which ensures quality and monitors standards for distance education. The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (FREAB) has also approved our courses to fulfill their established continuing education requirements.
